1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Doglyad application ("Doglyad", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. About This Service
Doglyad is an early-stage product under active development, offered at this stage as a demonstration and pre-seed product. It is not yet a mature, fully commercial offering, and its features, availability, and reliability may change without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Doglyad. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. Doglyad is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.

DOGLYAD IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE AND LOGISTICAL ASSISTANT TOOL ONLY. IT IS NOT A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, MEDICAL DEVICE, OR EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM.
Doglyad does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical advice, or emergency triage. Do not rely on Doglyad for critical medical emergencies. If a senior family member experiences a medical emergency, immediately call 911 or your local emergency service provider.
5. AI-Generated Task Recommendations
Doglyad utilizes artificial intelligence to process plain-language requests and schedule family logistics. AI-generated task extractions and risk verdicts may contain errors. Family members are responsible for reviewing and approving all high-stakes, medical, or financial tasks.
⚠️ 6. Not a Financial Services Provider
Doglyad may display and log estimated costs associated with tasks a family member reviews and approves. Doglyad does not process, hold, transmit, or have custody of any funds, and is not a payment processor, money transmitter, or financial services provider of any kind. Approving a task in Doglyad is a record-keeping action only and does not authorize or execute any real-world payment.
7. User Account & Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information upon registration, maintain account security, and refrain from uploading malicious prompts, scraping data, or abusing the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOGLYAD AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING MISSED APPOINTMENTS, DELAYED MEDICATION REMINDERS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doglyad and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for conduct that violates Section 7. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; requests regarding your data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to georgeshostakovich@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will instead be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
12. Modification of These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
