Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: August 3, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Senior & Family Accessibility

Doglyad is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, particularly senior family members who rely on clear, readable, and uncluttered interfaces to view today's tasks. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

2. Standards Targeted

We target compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. Key accessibility features implemented include:

  • High-contrast text and clear typography designed for senior readability.
  • Full keyboard navigability for interactive buttons, forms, and task lists.
  • Semantic HTML5 elements (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<header>`, `<footer>`).
  • Descriptive ARIA labels on task category icons and action buttons.
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard users.

This statement reflects a good-faith development target, not the result of a formal third-party accessibility audit or certification (e.g. a VPAT).

3. Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Doglyad. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have difficulty viewing any part of the application, please let us know:
